School of Pioneering and Leadership Development (SPLD)
Our desire is to see people discover the things God is calling them to do and then trained and equipped to make it happen.
This course is spread over a two year period providing 12 weeks of teaching and opportunities to develop in both your character and leadership and ministry experience through involvement in DTS, partnering with existing local ministries, and opportunities to experiment with new ideas for ministries and outreaches.
Our hope is to help you define and develop your vision to enable you to launch into pioneering a new ministry or YWAM team with the equipping that you need and the support structure to enable you to thrive as you start out!
The next School of Pioneering and Leadership Development starts in January 2011.
